If you receive your product and are not completely satisfied, then please contact us at info so we can arrange the return. Once we receive the item back we will issue a refund via the original payment method. (Please read Terms & Conditions) for further info on returns. 

You must notify us in writing within 30 days by email to explain your concerns. If we agree with your concerns, we will confirm by email that you may return the goods in their original condition and packaging, which must be sent to us as soon as possible and no later than 30 days. 

IMPORTANT 

Although we thoroughly inspect all products before they leave our warehouse we advise you to check the product once the delivery arrives and make sure you are totally happy with the quality and there is no damage. Once you sign for the delivery this is an acceptance that you are happy with the product.
